Results
The results are displayed in two complementary views:
On the left, the Map View provides a visual representation of the corresponding scans, showing the exact location where each scan was performed.
On the right, the Checkpoint Scans – Geofence Status table displays the same scan information in detail, including the Checkpoint, Guard, Geofence Status and Scan Time.
The map markers are displayed as follows:
- 🔵 Blue – Checkpoint: The configured location of the Checkpoint, based on the Latitude and Longitude defined in the Checkpoints page.
- 🟢 Green – In Range Scan: The GPS location reported by the Guard’s mobile device when the scan was performed. The system calculated that the scan was within the configured Checkpoint range.
- 🔴 Red – Out of Range Scan: The GPS location reported by the Guard’s mobile device when the scan was performed. The system calculated that the scan was outside the configured Checkpoint range.
This allows Managers to compare the configured Checkpoint location with the actual GPS location received from the mobile device at the time of the scan, both visually on the map and through the detailed table.
The report can also be exported to Excel or PDF.
