Client Schedules Performance Report

This report provides a high-level view of schedule performance across Clients, helping you quickly identify missed schedules, completion rates, and overall compliance for the selected period.

This report helps you:

  • Spot Clients with low or inconsistent performance
  • Compare completion rates across Clients
  • Identify patterns of non-compliance
  • Prioritize follow-ups and corrective actions
  • Drill down into specific Clients (Site Schedules Performance Report)
1. Filters & Report Scope

Use the filters at the top of the page to define the data displayed.

Available Filters

  • From / To Date – Select the date range you want to analyze.
  • Clients – Select one or more Clients.

How Filtering Works

  • The report shows scheduled checkpoints for the selected Clients whenever the Schedule intersects the chosen date range.
  • Apply Filters refreshes the results.
  • Reset Filters clears all selections.

Exporting Data Use the Export button to download the report results based on your applied filters. Scheduling the Report You can use the Schedule button to set this report to be automatically delivered to selected recipients at regular intervals.
2. Summary Section — Schedule Performance Overview

This section provides a quick snapshot of how well scheduled patrols were executed within the selected period.

Displayed Metrics

  • Successful Scans
    Scheduled checkpoints scanned within their expected time.
  • Missed Scans
    Scheduled checkpoints that were not scanned within their expected time.
  • Pending Scans
    Scheduled checkpoints that have not been completed yet.
  • Success Rate (%)
    Percentage of successful scans.
3. Schedules Performance by Client

Below the summary, the report provides a Client-by-Client breakdown.

Client Tiles

Each tile shows:

  • Client Name
  • Completion Percentage (based on scheduled checkpoints for that Client)

Drill-Down Navigation

Clicking a Client tile opens the:
Site Schedules Performance Report 
where you can review performance per Site for that Client.

Site Schedules Performance Report

The Site Schedules Performance Report provides a breakdown of schedule performance per Site for the Client selected in “Client Schedules Performance Report”.
It helps Managers quickly identify which Sites have missed or incomplete schedules and review compliance at a more detailed level.

This report helps you:

  • Compare performance across Sites for a specific Client
  • Identify Sites with high numbers of missed or pending scans
  • Drill down into individual Sites (Single Site Schedules Performance Report) for deeper investigation
1. Report Scope

This report automatically uses the Client and Date Range selected in the “Client Schedules Performance Report”.

You cannot change these filters here.

Site Selection

The Sites dropdown allows you to focus on specific Sites of the selected Client.
This does not change the filter scope — it only controls which Sites appear in the results.

Use the Export button to download the results currently displayed on screen.

2. Schedules Performance Overview

This section summarizes how scheduled schedules were executed across the selected Sites.

Displayed Metrics

  • Successful Scans
    Scheduled checkpoints scanned within their expected time.
  • Missed Scans
    Scheduled checkpoints that were not scanned within their expected time.
  • Pending Scans
    Scheduled checkpoints that have not been completed yet.
  • Success Rate (%)
    Percentage of successful scans.
3. Schedule Performance by Site

Below the summary, the report displays performance per Site of the selected Client.

Site Tiles

Each tile shows:

  • Site Name
  • Completion Percentage (based on scheduled checkpoints for that Site)

Detailed Schedules View (Single Site Schedules Performance Report)
where you can review checkpoint-level data for that Site.

Single Site Schedules Performance Report

The Single Site Schedules Performance Report provides a detailed view of all Schedules within a specific Site.
It helps Managers quickly assess which Schedules were completed successfully and which ones have missed or incomplete checkpoints.

This report helps you:

  • Review performance per Schedule within a Site
  • Identify Schedules with low completion percentages
  • Drill down into individual Schedules (Detailed Schedule View) for detailed checkpoint-level analysis
1. Report Scope
This report automatically displays all Schedules that belong to the selected Site from the previous level (Site Schedules Performance Report). You cannot change the filters here — the Client, Date Range, and Site are inherited from “Site Schedules Performance Report”.

Exporting Data

Use the Export button to download the results currently displayed on screen.

2. Schedule Performance Summary

The Detailed Schedule View provides the final level of detail for a selected Site, displaying all checkpoints belonging to each Schedule.
It helps Managers understand exactly which checkpoints were scanned, missed, or left pending.

This report helps you:

  • Review checkpoint-level performance for each Schedule
  • Identify which checkpoints were missed or completed
  • Understand the sequence and timing of checkpoint activity

Detailed Schedule View

The Single Site Schedules Performance Report provides a detailed view of all Schedules within a specific Site.
It helps Managers quickly assess which Schedules were completed successfully and which ones have missed or incomplete checkpoints.

This report helps you:

  • Review performance per Schedule within a Site
  • Identify Schedules with low completion percentages
  • Drill down into individual Schedules (Detailed Schedule View) for detailed checkpoint-level analysis
1. Report Scope

This report displays all checkpoints belonging to the Schedules of the selected Site.
Checkpoints are grouped by Schedule, with each group showing the Schedule’s name, start time, and finish time.

You cannot change the filters here — the Client, Date Range, and Site are inherited from “Single Site Schedules Performance Report”.

Use the Export button to download the results currently displayed on screen.

2. Schedule & Checkpoint Details

Each schedule is displayed as its own section, showing:

  • Schedule Name
    Start Time
    Finish Time

Below each schedule header, a checkpoint table displays:

  • Checkpoint Name
    Check Time Range
    Scan Date/Time (if scanned)
    Status (Successful / Missed / Pending)
    Notes (If a user added a note for a missed scan in Issue Management, it appears automatically in this view)
