Mobile Form Submission via Email

Every submitted Mobile Form that the guard reports through the mobile app can be sent via email to one or more recipients, ensuring the client is informed about any reported form (including all answers and details) during the guard’s shifts.

To enable this functionality, simply activate the “Mobile Form Submission by Email” field within the “Clients” tab in the web app. Once enabled, the specified email addresses will receive real-time notifications with the complete details of each Mobile Form submission.
