The Time & Attendance screen is divided into two main panels:
1.Left Panel – Worker Attendance Summary
This section provides an overview of attendance records for multiple employees.
Key Features:
- Worker Name & ID: Displays the employee’s name and unique ID.
- Last Action: The latest recorded action (e.g., “Checked In,” “Checked Out,” “Break Start”).
- Date: Timestamp when the last action occurred.
- Hours Worked: Total work hours within the selected period.
- Breaks: Duration of breaks taken.
Filtering & Controls:
- Date Range Selection:
- Adjust the date range using the From and To fields.
- The system will update the displayed records accordingly.
- Filtering by Action Type:
- Click on the Select Action dropdown to filter records based on specific event types:
- ALL: Shows all recorded actions.
- CLOCKED IN: When a worker starts their shift.
- CLOCKED OUT: When a worker ends their shift.
- CHECKED IN: When a worker arrives at a specific site.
- CHECKED OUT: When a worker leaves a specific site.
- BREAK START: When a worker begins a break.
- BREAK END: When a worker resumes work after a break.
- Click on the Select Action dropdown to filter records based on specific event types:
- Export Options:
- Click Export to Excel or Export to PDF to download reports for documentation.

2. Right Panel – Detailed Worker Action History
This panel provides a detailed breakdown of an individual worker’s recorded actions.
Key Features:
- Action Type: Displays the specific recorded event (as detailed in the left panel dropdown).
- Comments: Any additional notes, such as “Lunch” for break periods.
- Date: Timestamp when the action was logged.
- Client: The associated client (if applicable).
- Site: The worksite where the action was recorded.
- Location: A map pin icon indicates the exact location where the action occurred.
Filtering & Controls:
- Select Worker:
- Click on a worker’s name in the left panel to load their detailed action history in the right panel.
- Filter Actions:
- Use the Select Action dropdown to view specific actions (e.g., only “Checked In” events).
- Export Options:
- Click Export to Excel or Export to PDF to download detailed worker reports.
