If the Schedules have not been completed within the specified Check Time Range, the Manager (User) will be notified in the following ways:
A) On the “Tour” section of the main screen, all Tours with “0” numbering, indicate Patrols with Missed Scans.
B) Missed Scans automated emails will be forwarded to the Manager’s (User’s) email address (this feature can be activated by enabling the “Receive Email Alerts” on the User’s page).
C) The Manager (User) can have a view of the completion of each Schedule through one of our build-in Reports found in the out-of-the-box solution, the “Schedule report”.
