Through the “Welfare” feature, the system asks the Worker to press the “Check” button of the mobile app to verify that he/she is OK when requested by the manager.
- The “Check” button indicates when will the Worker be asked to Check, in a form of a countdown.
- Once the countdown ends, the Worker will be asked to Check, by pressing the “Check” button.
- If the Worker doesn’t press the Check button on time, the Welfare will be missed, and the manager will be informed accordingly.
The Welfare Check will be requested for as long as the Worker is on Patrol, or until the manager disables it through the web app.
