Through this feature, the system automatically displays detailed graphics on the map that indicate the entire path followed by each Guard during their shift. You can review historical routes (Completed Routes) or monitor your Guards’ real-time location and status (Live Tracking).

To use the Guard Trail functionality, ensure that the Tracking option is enabled for each Guard.

Enabling Tracking for a Guard

  1. Navigate to Company → Guards, select the Guard of your choice and press Edit.
  2. Under the Tracking section, enable the feature by checking Enabled.
  3. Configure the Check Interval (the time between position updates) according to your preference.

Once Tracking is enabled, you can access the Guard Trails section.
