Issue Management (or in short, “IM”) is the process of handling Issues like Incidents and emergencies, from the moment they were reported until they are completely resolved.
The below types of events are considered “Issues” and can be handled through Issue Management:
- Incidents (including those that can now be created directly via the QR-Patrol Web App by managers)
- SOS/Mandown alerts
- Pending actions (i.e. missed scans that are pending some action)
